There was something wrong with the Emacs tar file, so I have
reinstalled it.  Compressed differences, about 1/2 meg, are now
available.

Today I corrected a small but serious bug.  Since so few people had
actually been able to get 18.50, I just changed 18.50.  If you have
previously copied 18.50, or if you got the differences and they did
not say "corrected" in the first line, get the file again.
