The GNU Emacs has an undo command (c-x u or c-_). I would like your 
help in discovering more about users' opinions on undo/redo 
facilities in Emacs with a view to designing enhancements to them.
I would like to know your answers to the following questions.

1) How often do you use the undo command? 
   In which circumstances?

2) In which aspects do the undo/redo 
   facilities of the Emacs need to be improved?

3) In the Emacs environment, 
   what kind of undo/redo commands are ideal?
