Does anyone have any suggestions for places to look for a color specification
database and tools or formulae for generating relative RGB values?  We have a
copy of the Kelly and Judd paper on the ISCC-NBS color denotations (in Munsell
terms) but were looking for other references.

The goal is to produce a large list of color names and some way of creating
RGB triples given characteristics of a monitor.  It does not have to be very
sophisticated or exact.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
