The latest issue here of comp.doc.techreports contains reference to a
C implementation of GKS, for those who were having trouble interfacing
to a FORTRAN implementation.  It also references 4 reports of the
melding of knowledge engineering and computer aided design; search for
"ten Hagen", an author of all four.
