Also help on getting GNU C++ 1.18. I just got the latest versions (diffs) of the GNU C compiler from prep.ai.mit.edu. I found that lines in "gcc.diff-1.16-1.17" of the form "*** 0,0 ***" didn't grog with my "patch". Changing these lines to "*** 0 ***" did the trick. Now my question: Does anybody on the west coast have a compressed version of g++.tar-1.18.0.Z they'd be willing to put on anonymous ftp? I seem to be having lots of problems getting this from prep. The compressed file is about 600Kbytes. Thanks Matt _____________________________________________________________________________ Matthew R.
