The new Toolboxes offer a few new procedures like "FLUSHFILE, FLUSHINDEX and 2 others I can't remember off hand and also a new, higher level set of procedures for opening, flushing, accessing and updating datasets. SORT is also new. The only difference between the old and new datasets worth noteing is in the (required) Status field (field one of each record) in that it is now a LongInt to allow you to have over 2 billion records in any dataset. If you have any questions I'll be happy to share my findings with you. Mike Krause Xerox Corporation Rochester, NY 14644 716-423-6860
