Subject: Postscript to arbitrary bitmap

     Does anyone out there have a Postscript to arbitrary bitmap converter
     program?  What I mean is that it does everything, but calls generic
     routines to do them.  (i.e.: Plotpoint(x,y), ChangeColor(a),
     DrawVector(x1,y1,x2,y2), etc..)
