   I recently tried compiling the Scheme that comes with GnuEmacs on a

   ported scheme to a member of the 3Bx (x>1) family, could you please

Without more information I can't help you.  Unfortunately, the Scheme
distributed with Emacs is an old version.  I believe that the current
version has been ported to those machines without much trouble.
