I may not be asking this question in the right posting, so forgive
me and provide a pointer if so.  Anyway...is there anyway I can send
mail (over the Internet, Arpanet, Usenet, etc) to an employee at the
AT&T office in Longmont, Colorado?

I'm a novice user just getting used to the Usenet community so please
take my question with a grain of salt if it's not applicable.
