Hello Everybody,

    Due to FCC charges access charges to everybody on GEnie, etc.., BITNET
file server may be overload. I don't know that what happens. Too many
people in BITNET want many PD softwares and informations. Internet and
BITNET is not compitable with FTP accesss. :-( Multiple file servers shall
be set on LISTSERV sites for simtel20 access.
