I have since learned enough about the problem to know that it is unresolvable. Instead I have been pointed to MEX, which, I am told, has fair VT100 emulation. MEX is commercially available with this fea- ture (known as MEX-PLUS or something like that) for a hundred bucks. Does any- one know if any of the files in are equivalent in functionality to the commercialy avaliable version? As long as I'm here... I sort of have a way to FTP things now, but we haven't got a nameserver in operation. Can someone tell me the numerical address of SIMTEL20? Thanks in advance!
