Why do I see the same articles over and over and over again?  I'm
not talking about reposts either, they are identical.  Sorry, I don't
have a list, since I'm using vnews to read them.

Over the past week I have seen several articles come here two, three and
even four times.  I have also had my posting bounce from somewhere in
WASHINGTON (that is, I got mail saying unknown user name.).

What is going on here?
