Summary: Are there new Programming in VAX C manuals available?


Maybe our document center got a special deal but my copy of
"Programming in VAX C" AA-L370A-TE has pages printed in
incorrect order in Chapter 26 and Appendix A.  Has a corrected
version of this manual been printed?  Any refunds?
