The CDDSHR image must be installed at least open/shared. Have the system manager invoke the proper CDD startup file. And then make sure that it is invoked at each subsequent startup. VAX C has hooks for the Common Data Dictionary and that is why this image is being looked at. Should be a simple 2 second fix. A CDD startup file should have been placed in sys$manager when the product was installed.
