EVEPLUS has a "regular expression" type of find and replace.  Matching
end of line is supported, but I haven't played with it too much.  This
would be a good starting place to see if you can do what you want with
end of lines.  If it isn't powerful enough as is, then you can look at
the source and add whatever functionality you need (looking at the eveplus
source, it looked fairly easy to simple mods to, so don't be put off if
you don't know TPU)
