The new book, D. Comer & T. Fossum, Operating System Design vol. I: The XINU Approach (PC Edition) Prentice Hall, 1988 Is due out in the next week or so. In addition, Prentice Hall is distributing the PC Xinu software on diskette. The editor in charge of the project at Prentice Hall is Jim Fegen Jr. (201)-592-3122. He or his assistant Diana can give you detailed information on ordering and will be glad to help instructors obtain an examination copy of the text.
