But, Larry did!!  As a matter of fact, he even posted a UUENCODED version
of the patch!!!  (By the way, the REPOST and the UUENCODED versions of the
patch were both fine up here in the great Silicon Rain Forest. . .)

But, another alternative!  Patch #22 came by us a couple of days ago, but
not patch #21.  So, yesterday I fired off a mail request for patch #21.
Each of the patches contains the information on how to get patches by mail.
I tickled Larry's automatic mail handler with the following:

M> To: lwall@jpl-devvax.jpl.nasa.gov (Larry Wall)
M> From: stever (Steven E. Rice)
M> Cc: 
M> Subject: Command
M>

And, it worked!!  When I showed up this morning, patch #21 was waiting
for me in my mailbox.

In each patch file, Larry gives specific instructions for retrieving
patches by mail:
