I was wondering if anyone out there had had any luck getting PERL to
run correctly in the following environment

   Xenix 3.5 (3.4) running on Intel 80286 processor

I would be very interested in hearing from anyone that has managed this,
as all my attempts so far have met with one sort of failure or another
