Patch 18 has been posted three times. Are you monitoring comp.sources.bugs like you should? If you are missing patches, there are instructions in every patch for getting missing patches. If you are the only one missing these patches, there is no reason to inflict them on the entire net. If you and some neighbors are missing them, collect them via mail and then repost them yourself with a distribution that limits them to the sites that didn't get them (to the extent possible). I'd also like to stress again that anyone with Internet access can get kits patched to level 21 from jpl-devvax.jpl.nasa.gov (128.149.8.43) via anonymous ftp.
