Is it correct that the Goblin's Hewer seems to do minimal damage when
attacking a monster?  Every once in a while it seems to take a large number
of lunges in TCM to kill even a goblin.  Could a number be overflowing
because of the damage this weapon does? (44 point weapon)

FYI, trifids give about 1000 experience points when killed.
(This is not really a spoiler.  You'd notice it when you got one anyways.)
