Does anyone know of a public domain cross-assembler for the 6809 that
runs on either the MAC or IBM?  

One of my classes, which has at least 40 students, has a lab which we
program in 6809 assembler.  The problem is that their are only 4, yes four,
working stations (for 40 people).  

Nothing fancy, just enough to do the basic 6809 stuff.
