Boy, you must be new to the software business :-) Maybe you should look up what
"it is in the mail" translate to in Webster Dictionary relating to shipping
software.

As of today, NO COPIES of either MANX 3.6 or SDB have surfaced at dealers,
distributors or users.  If anybody on the net has received SDB or MANX 3.6 
[and I mean you have it in your hands, not "it is in the mail"], please
raise your hand.
