I have 32 (1 meg) of Toshiba TMM41464P 150ns chips for sale.  I
got them for a Squeeze-Ram board that didn't work out and have
since gotten an ASDG board that wanted 1x1024 chips.

I got them for under $4.00 each, so I'm asking $125.00.  I pay
shipping and will make good on any chips that are faulty.

Note that these are 4x64k - some boards want these and others
want 1x256k chips.
