If you need a d23 connector and can't find anyone who will sell you one
there are two simple alternatives. 1)Buy a 1080/2002 cable and cut off
the monitor connector. 2)Get a d25 connector and CAREFULLY grind off
pins 14 and 25.  This isn't the prettiest solution, but after
attaching the hood it'll work just fine.
