I've always thought (from the first time I saw the Workbench running)
that the CLI windows should have a different background color than the
WB's background.  That would really set the window apart from the rest
of the screen.  How about merging these two ideas?  Only the currently
selected CLI window has a different background color?......Hmmmm.......

Now if the new dropcloth worked reliably, I could have it change the
screen's background color and I'd be happy!  But it does seem to have
a few problems........oh well....
