Crystal Hammers is unreleased. Are you completely sure about this? If so, where do you get this idea? I'm really interested in finding out if it (Crystal Hammer) is or isn't. I've looked through the code with a disk zap program, and it very plainly has the words "Demo Copy" (or something close to it) embedded in it.
