This brings to mind another question: When the signals come off the sound chip are the voices already combined to the left and right channels? Would it be possible to split them? I have this old Quadraphonic sterio here...could be fun. Note; this idea of using lower frequencies is a good one: additional idea, place base speakers behind, tweeters in front, in this manner the lower frequencies *will* be coming from behind, as well as lending an all-around sense.
