Summary: use with amiga

I have a friend that has a 30M hard drive that he had purchased for an IBM.
He has since found true religion and bought an Amiga. Now he wants to
use the drive with the Amiga. What are the possible alternatives available
to him? Any info on price, availability, etc. would be appreciated.
