Both Toolbox Reference volumes (I & II) are listed in the January APDA
catalog. This is the first time the *final* versions have been listed;
previously only the "Beta Draft" (preliminary artwork, no index, etc.)
was offered.

I sent my order in toward the end of January. The other things I bought
arrived fairly quickly, but the books were backordered. They finally
were delivered yesterday.

Yes, indeed, these are hefty books. Looks like they go into all the gory
details I want to know. But they did omit the Note Synthesizer and Note
Sequencer tools :-{.
