That is exactly what will NOT happen.  If I had just "released the bug
fixes" when I thought they were pretty much done, you would all be
complaining that there were still bugs (and some new ones).  That's what
internal test and pre-release beta test are for.  If you want to see
what happens when you "just release" things, look at comp.sources.bugs
some day.

Atari is a multinational corporation, and has to support what it
releases.  Maybe you're not satisfied with the level of support, but I
think it's ludicrous for you to ask that it be LOWERED.
