Concerning HINSTALL, etc., it wasn't either on my hard-disk floppy provided
with my SH-204.  But on the ATARINET server at Houston in file AB204.UUE,
once downloaded and dearced, you find amongst the files:
	HINSTALL.PRG .RSC .DOC
	204BOOT.IMG
	204ROOT.IMG
	PARK.PRG
I've tried HINSTALL together with HDB (v 2.4) and have had no problems.
