This is a document written (originally, at least) by Landon Dyer.  It
is also known as "The Infamous Dyer Doc."  It is available from Atari
in the dev kit, which I hear is now available without their brain-dead
software for $100.  Oh, yah, since their software is now MWC, it's not
brain-dead, it's just that everyone who is very serious about C on the
ST already HAS MWC, right?
