Does anybody know if you can execute a GEM program from a TOS program?  The
reason I ask is I would like to execute GEM 68000 programs from Atari's CP/M
emulator (a TOS program).  This could be done by executing an IN/OUT z80
instruction inside the emulator which would then call a 68000 driver which
could call the GEM program.  Editing is slow with a CP/M editor, so being able
to run a GEM program would increase programming productivity.
