Has anybody out there ever built a MIDI interface for a UNIX PC?
I know that there was some talk of doing this a long time ago,
and I once spent a week or too trying to find out if anybody's
RS232-MIDI interface would work, but I didn't get very far.  ("Sure,
you just hook it up to your PC... What do you mean, it's not
IBM-PC compatible?")
