I live in an area outside the calling area of Q-Link's access numbers.
I  have WATS access to a system that has an outbound (Hayes compatible)
modem within the calling area. I'd like to call up the system
and then start Q-Link up. (I have a 1670 modem.)
What do I have to do?  Write a driver?  (The drivers supplied with the 1670
don't let you run a program.)
