I have not found any incompatibilities with either BIOS, with the exception of a single (highly copy-protected) game that would not run at high speed (but would at a low speed). Neither BIOS would run it at 'high'. Phoenix seems a little more proactive in development (they were involved in the '386 machine development sponsored by several non-IBM manufacturers) and are the only BIOS shop I know of with a PS/2 BIOS, but AWARD makes a good product. Summary: you'll probably not go wrong with either BIOS.
