      OK.  I can send requests to LISTSERV at RPICICGE to get stuff
 from SIMTEL20.  My problem is that I don't have a list of what is
 there.  I feel sure that there is a "table of contents" for each
 of the directories.  Can some one tell me what its name is so that
 I can use it?
