Golden Bow's VOpt program only moves files if it will improve performance, thus if the disk has no fragments and no holes big enough to hold any files currently more distant then it does nothing! It is fast enough that you can put it in your AUTOEXEC.BAT. It may not do a *perfect* job of rearranging, but it does 99% of what those slow utilities end up with. Tom Almy toma@tekgvs.TEK.COM
