Message-ID: <8802241659.AA04492@decwrl.dec.com> Date: 24 Feb 88 16:59:38 GMT Organization: Digital Equipment Corporation Lines: 10 Does anyone know of performance analyzing tools for IBM PCs? I am looking for specific product recommendations with a brief description of the functions provided in the tool and where it can be purchased. What I am most interested in is something that will show where an application spends most of its time executing. I would like this information broken down into modules, routines and hopefully statements so I can see where most of the execution time is spent and decide what sections of code to improve on. Something which can handle a large number of modules and display the information at the source level is highly desired. Thanks in advance for any information. John
