The people at the company were helpful and friendly. The machine arrived on time and has had no trouble whatsoever. The configuration she ordered also had 1 MB of memory (640/384), and a 40 Meg Seagate ST-251-A (fast) hard drive. In fact when they accidently forgot to package in the disk partitioning software they shipped it up here next day air. The only problem that she has had with the machine had to do with ordering. The company had no 0 wait state machines when she called (they were waiting for parts). They gave her the choice of waiting or of taking a 12Mhz/1 wait state. This was at Christmas time so presumably the backorder problem has been fixed. So I can make no comments about the 12 Mhz/0 wait state, but the company seems to be on the level. Hope this helps.
