Summary: pcplus won't send ^S

The procomm plus test drive version has convinced me NOT to buy it.
The reason is like many people, I use it to talk to a host running
emacs and it will not send a control S.  This is new and did not exist
when using Procomm 2.4.2 with vt100 emulation!

Is this a case of propogating the misfeatures of the vt102? I.e. bug for bug
compatiable?
