Some time ago there was a module that extended the Epsilon text editor
to use the Microsoft mouse.  The module was called MOUSE.E.  Now that I
have a mouse, I find that Simtel20.arpa and b.isi.edu no longer have EEL
code around.  Does anyone have a copy of MOUSE.E?
