I'm the someone, and the CIcon Editor (along with other nifty stuff) was sent
to the moderator of comp.binaries.mac about two weeks ago.  I have not seen
any evidence that anyone has seen them.  Is this a normal delay or is it
likely that things are leaking out of the network into the ether?

I agree with the recent article suggesting that some sort of "receipt"
message from a moderator could assure posters that their files are being
processed.  If nothing happens soon, I will resend the files.
