forgive me for not quoting the article number, etc., but I don't have
access to "rn" and all that good stuff...

someone asked about keyboard equivalents in the open/save file dialogs;
some of them are as follows (this is probably an incomplete list):

CMD-up-arrow           moves up to the next directory level
CMD-down-arrow         moves down into the current selection (highlighted),
                       assuming it is a directory
up-arrow               move selection up
down-arrow             move selection down
tab-key                i think this changes the selected drive

i hope this helps; it is documented, because i remember reading it
somewhere...
