If you purchased LightspeedC before Feb. 1st, it is not "going to cost [you] a fortune" to upgrade. THINK Technologies isn't in the business of alienating its customers. My apologies for leaving the one statement I should have added in: "All registered owners of LightspeedC will be notified by mail of the upgrade policy when it is finalized." --Rich
