 I'm looking for information on GIF (graphics interchange format) 
 developed by compuserve.... 
 No, I don't "subscribe" to compuserve :#(
 Yes, it's great but I don't have the funds.:-(
 Yes, I know someone asked about this before, I couldn't reach him at the
	 address that I had so I have to ask the net.d:-(
 Yes, I called compuserve [got the 5min speeel on how they dist. enc/dec
	for GIF :-]].. But I need the format:-(
