Message-ID: <7271@agate.BERKELEY.EDU> Date: 29 Feb 88 18:09:17 GMT Sender: usenet@agate.BERKELEY.EDU Reply-To: cswarren@enzyme.berkeley.edu () Organization: University of California, Berkeley Lines: 15 A while back it was mentioned in this newsgroup that an East coast school had implemented the AppleTalk protocol over serial lines. (Sincere apologies to the individuals involved, for not having any record of their names or their location, but perhaps someone out there can fill in the blanks. There was an article on their achievement in Dr. Dobbs' Journal recently). My questions are: (1) has anyone successfully ported the protocol to their site, and how difficult was it to do? (2) does anyone have experience using the protocol over Telebit Trailblazer modems?
