Has anyone been able to get the Z-100 to display the full 256 IBM character
set?  Currently, my version of DOS (3.xx) and the FONT program indicate that
one can only define the first 80 hex characters.  I would like to run a
program under ZANSI which uses the characters between 80 and FF hex, but
the current configuration treats them like 00 to 7F hex.
