What is shar/unshar and what is it used for? Also, what are arc files (besides being archives) how do you de-arc them. And what's this I hear about self de-arcing files, uuencoded files etc. and how do I get this stuff from the VAX to it's proper form on my z-100? Sorry for all the questions but it sounds like there's a bunch of stuff out there that could be of use to me but my ignorance prevents me from accessing it. Thanks in advance...
