	...  The only problem that we've had with
	them is that sometimes they get two media inside one envelope.
	Since the index holes will rarely line up, you get a floppy
	that effectively doesn't have an index hole, which will fail to
	format...  

I've heard of quad density, but quad-sided?  Thanks for brightneing
